THE CHAIR AND CEO

This past year has been one of momentum, a time of steady progress and continued growth across JEDI’s programs and
initiatives. Guided by our values and grounded in community, we have continued to build opportunities that empower Indigenous people to thrive.

From entrepreneurship and workforce development to education, JEDI’s work remains rooted in growth. Growth of skills, confidence, leadership, and community capacity.

Each initiative we deliver and every partnership we cultivate helps to expand what is possible for Indigenous
economic development in New Brunswick.

A significant milestone this year was the advancement of our Indigenous Reconciliation Awareness Training into the Indigenous Reconciliation Learning Series. This expansion introduced two new courses: the Indigenous Anti-Racism and Two-Eyed Seeing, to deepen learning and engagement.
