Notice is herein given that the Kivalliq Inuit Association Special Meeting of the Members will take place on April 14, 2026, in Rankin Inlet, NU. The meeting shall begin at 9:00am CST at the Katimavik Suites Hotel Conference Room.

Notice is hereby given that the proposed amendments will be tabled during the Special Meeting for: (1) separating the current combined title of President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) into two distinct roles; formally establishing the CEO as a separate position from the President. (ii) removing the authority of the Secretary Treasurer to appoint the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
