INDIAN HOSPITALS CLASS ACTION CLAIMS PROCESS
Boarding Homes/Indian Hospitals Lawyer, Pamela Large Moran (PLM Law), advises that the Indian Hospitals Class Action Claims Process is now tentatively scheduled to open on January 12th, 2026 (subject to court approval).
Pamela is continuing to assist former Boarding Homes students with their Category 1 and/or Category 2 Claims Applications. Further, if anyone would like assistance with the upcoming Indian Hospitals Claims Process, she is also providing legal assistance at no charge.
