B.C. politicians and their lawyers are attempting to complicate Supreme Court Rulings and the Constitution that favour First Nation Indians in land disputes that maintain their Title and Rights to their unsurrendered lands outside of Indian reservations.

For generations, provincial governments have been claiming and occupying unsurrendered First Nation Lands without Treaties or any other agreements that would justify the Government claiming First Nation lands.

The provincial government then issues Land Use Permits to Third Parties, benefitting from the unsurrendered Lands of First Nation Indians.
