Moncton, New Brunswick – The Honourable Joyce Murray, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, and the Honourable Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will make an announcement and participate in a signing ceremony.
