Ottawa, Ontario — The Honourable Mandy Gull-Masty, Minister of Indigenous Services, the Chiefs of Ontario and Nishnawbe Aski Nation will hold a celebration on the implementation of the Ontario Final Agreement to reform First Nations Child and Family Services.
