MNCFN: Housing Department Program Update

The Housing Department offers support through the HRRS and ISC/CMHC programs to help homeowners address mandatory health, safety, and structural repairs, as well as emergency housing issues when they arise. Applications for housing repairs must be submitted by March 31st, 2026, and inspections and estimates are required as part of the process.

The Housing New Program accepts applications year-round, with approved applicants placed on a waitlist and provided annual updates on their position. Online Banking and Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payment options are also available.
