Modular Construction Services

Request for Information:

Modular Construction Services Métis Nation British Columbia wishes to establish a list of vendors of modular structures for development and deployment in various locations throughout British Columbia. Structures may include housing, child care spaces, community office and cultural spaces, education spaces, and other facilities.

For purposes of this RFI, “modular” is limited to structures that are to be placed on permanent foundations. This includes structures fully constructed off-site and transported for installation. It may also include panelized or “flat-
packed” building systems or other systems that are partially constructed off-site and assembled on-site.

For purposes of this RFI, “modular” does not include structures built on a chassis. This RFI contains the terms and conditions governing the RFI, high-level scope of services covered by the RFI, overall RFI process, instructions on how to respond, submission deadlines, and official contacts for questions and clarifications.
