Nominations open for the 2014 Awards of Excellence in Nursing

The First Nations and Inuit Health Branch of Health Canada is now accepting nominations for the 2014 Awards of Excellence in Nursing. This award celebrates the dedication, initiative and excellence of nurses who work to improve the health of Canada’s Aboriginal people. Nurses who are working in an Inuit community are eligible for the award. Do you know a nurse who deserves special recognition? We encourage everyone, including community members, healthcare staff, and supervisors, to submit nominations by Friday 14 march 2014 at 4:00 EST.
