Notice is herein given that the Kivalliq Inuit Association’s Annual General Meeting shall be held on
October 6th – 10th , 2014 in Rankin Inlet.
The meeting shall begin at 9:00am CST at the Siniktarvik Hotel Salon “A” and “B”.

Important Notice is also hereby given that By Law amendments will be tabled at the Annual General Meeting.

Proposed By Law Amendments include:

• Qualifications and Restrictions on Directors
• Removal of Directors
• Quoram and Meeting at the Board of Directors
• Officers and their Elections
• Quoram for the Executive Committee

Proposed By Law Ammenments are available at the Kivalliq Inuit Association’s office.
