One application for MNO ELCC programs and services now open

The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Program is now accepting applications for four key supports through a single application for the 2026–2027 program year.

Through the One Application, families can apply for:

• Extracurricular Support
• Christmas Gift Program
• Back-to-School Program
• Family Early Learner Kit

The application portal will accept submissions until April 24, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. EST. Once the portal closes, applications will be reviewed, eligibility will be verified, and supports will be allocated based on the number of children enrolled. Families will be notified of the outcome by May 22, 2026.

For families who applied last year, the application portal has been updated. Please create a new account to apply for the 2026–2027 program year. All other ELCC applications will remain available through the current portal.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the One Application for ELCC Programs and Services 2026-27:

• The parent, guardian, or child must be an MNO citizen eligible for direct benefits
• The child must be 0-12 years old
• The family must permanently reside in Ontario

Some programs may require additional steps after acceptance. This information will be provided once you are accepted into the program.
