From a solidarity parade and cultural showcases to Filipino food and music from singer Rachel Alejandro, B.C.’s largest Filipino festival returns with its biggest celebration yet.
The sounds of live music, the aroma of Filipino street food and a sea of colourful cultural displays will take over Burnaby’s Swangard Stadium this weekend as Pinoy Festival returns for its fourth year.
And this time, it’s going all weekend.
