Sault woman missing – Sault Star

A Sault Ste. Marie woman is missing.

Phylisha Elliot, 25, was last seen July 31 in the city’s east end, police say.

Elliot is Indigenous with a fair complexion and brown eyes. She is five-foot-three and weighs 135 pounds.
