The territorial election is around the corner

Welcome to the beautiful island of the Kiilinikmiutat Inuit.

Soon, the weather will change to beautiful but also lots of rain and fog, which make it very muddy around town. The best part is that there is no more mosquitoes.

Fall time is when much of the nuna is green, caribou are fat, and berries are plump and ready for picking. Boating is still possible as there is no ice yet forming.
