In anticipation of the proposed bylaw changes to be presented at the upcoming AGM, the Society of Rural Physicians of Canada is proactively inviting members to submit their interest in serving as Interim Directors on the Board. Should the bylaw changes be approved, we will need a minimum of three members to bring the Board up to the required nine directors. This proactive approach ensures we are ready to move forward immediately.
Duration: Up to one year (interim until the next AGM).

Members interested in serving as an Interim Director are invited to submit their expression of interest, including a brief summary of relevant experience, to Jennifer Barr at jenniferm@srpc.ca by April 8, 2026.
