Survey on Mental Health and Stressful Events, August to December 2021
About 8% of adults in Canada experienced symptoms in the month preceding the survey that met the criteria for probable post-traumatic stress disorder. These new results, available today from the Survey on Mental Health and Stressful Events, were collected from August to December 2021 to better understand how stressful events can impact mental health.
Fertilizer Shipments Survey, third quarter 2021/2022
In the third quarter of the 2021/2022 fertilizer year, shipments of potash within Canada reached 812 000 tonnes, down 2.8% year over year, as a decrease in the Prairie provinces (-36.5%) more than offset an increase in the Eastern provinces (+30.8%). Meanwhile, market inventories of potash in Canada rose 24.8% to 2 186 000 tonnes on March 31, 2022 compared with the same day a year earlier.
