Translations Filing Clerk

Responsibilities

View English and Inuktitut version

The Translations Filing Clerk will be responsible for filing documents within a filing system that consists of different translated documents from all Nunatsiavut Government departments. All files must be saved in an organized manner that must be easily accessible to Interpreter Translator staff.

  • Gather all electronic and paper copies of translated documents and save electronically to separate organized files, by category (departments).
  • Work with Interpreter Translator Coordinator to gather all documents needed.
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of computers, filing systems and typing.
  • Demonstrate good oral, interpersonal, written, communication and organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Windows.

Assets

Bilingual in Inuktitut and English.
