Turing and Pulitzer prizewinners to join leaders from the BBC, NPR and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) on the Public Broadcasters International stage in Ottawa

CBC/Radio-Canada today announced the speakers and panellists for the 2024 Public Broadcasters International conference (PBI Ottawa 2024). Among those taking to the stage from October 8 to 10 are Yoshua Bengio, Founder and Scientific Director of Mila – Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, and 2018 winner of the Turing Award; Connie Walker, Pulitzer Prize and Peabody Award-winning investigative journalist; Tim Davie, Director-General of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC); Katherine Maher, President and CEO of National Public Radio (NPR); and Noel Curran, Director-General of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
