The province should immediately close all public-facing supervised drug-consumption sites and harm-reduction services, says the head of the Downtown Victoria Business Association.
Jeff Bray says the results of the association’s annual report on downtown — to be released publicly Tuesday — make it clear open drug use is the top challenge businesses face in the core.
The report looks at the economic vibrancy of downtown, and includes feedback from a membership survey.
