‘Join us for an Indigenous Feast celebrating Truth and Reconciliation,’ organizers urged

Tonight, the West Ferris Legion Branch 599, located at 30 Legion Drive in North Bay, will host its first Indigenous Feast to recognize Truth and Reconciliation.

The menu includes Three Sisters Soup, bison enchiladas, and wild rice soup. The Legion’s guest Indigenous chef, who goes by her first name,

Trista, will prepare the dinner. Tickets for the event cost $20, and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. A dance will follow at 7 p.m., featuring live music from Legion favourites Don & Friends.
