Enbridge Line 9B (OH-002-2013)

  • The Chippewas of the Thames First Nation received permission from the Supreme Court of Canada to appeal the October 20, 2015 decision of the Federal Court of Appeal dismissing their appeal of the decision of the Board related to Enbridge Line 9B. The appeal is to be heard with Hamlet of Clyde River Inc. et al. v. Petroleum Geo-Services Inc. et al. (36692).

  • Hamlet of Clyde River, Nammautaq Hunters & Trappers Organization – Clyde River, and J. Natanine received permission from the Supreme Court of Canada to appeal the Federal Court of Appeal’s dismissal of their application for judicial review of the NEB’s June 26, 2014 decision to allow TGS-NOPEC et al. to undertake seismic activities. The appeal is to be heard with Chippewas of the Thames First Nation v. Enbridge Pipelines Inc. et al. (36776).
