Cancer care survey for Indigenous people in Labrador

Do you identify as First Nations, Inuit or Métis? Have you, or someone you love, been diagnosed with cancer? If so, the Cancer Care program of Eastern Health wants to hear from you!

Please take 5-10 minutes to complete a survey about your (or your loved one’s) cancer journey. Your answers will help Eastern Health improve the care that is being provided to First Nations, Inuit and Métis patients residing in Labrador.
