THE POSITION
Under the general direction of the Nawigizigweyas Education Centre (NEC) Principal, the Grad Mentor will provide students and teachers support as we strive to increase graduation rates at NEC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Grad Mentor is to provide embedded training and support for teachers; and work diligently to improve the graduation rates of YQFN Students through leadership development, mentorship programs, engagement programs, and academic supports to ensure students graduate at grade level. Ensure success of NEC Students. Approach focuses on four (4) key areas: Life Skills, Academic Excellence, Graduation and Post-secondary.
