CFN-GBI is seeking a Request for Proposal for an Event Coordinator (8-month contract) to oversee and manage a fundraising Gala, to be held in Vancouver in March or April 2023.
The Event Coordinator’s services will include, but are not limited to, concept development, planning, assistance with sponsorships, event production, and overall event management, day-of-event coordination, budget management, programming, implementation, and evaluation. With an anticipated attendance of over 200 attendees, the funds raised from this Gala will support the delivery of CFN-GBI’s mission and mandate of protecting the environment and enabling a sustainable conservation-based economy within the region of our member Nations.

Proposals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with a preferred start date in late November. The successful candidate must also provide at least two references.
