The Siksikaitsitapi Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) Program will be hosting 2 events for the community. There will be community interviews and the opportunity to complete the Comprehensive Quality of Life Surveys.

Time: 4PM – 7 PM
Location: Deerfoot Sportsplex – Flexi Room(Old workout space) (Siksika, AB)

Participants who complete the survey will be entered to win prizes and gift cards. We encourage anyone living with a disability, including families and caregivers of children with disabilities, to attend.
