Call Out for Alcohol Beverages Control Board Applicants

(Kahnawà:ke, 27 Onerahtókha/April 2026) The Alcoholic Beverages Control (ABC) Board is seeking two (2) individuals to serve on the Kahnawà:ke ABC Board.

In accordance with the ABC Law, Applicants must meet the following requirements:

⦁ Be a Mohawk of Kahnawà:ke listed on the Kanien’kehá:ka of Kahnawà:ke Registry

⦁ Be at least 18 years of age

⦁ Have no direct or indirect interests in any enterprise that manufactures, distributes, transports, or sells alcoholic beverages within the Community of Kahnawà:ke

⦁ Be willing to be publicly presented to the Community of Kahnawà:ke as a candidate

⦁ Be nominated and seconded by two (2) Mohawks of Kahnawà:ke

⦁ Be willing to serve a two (2) year term of office
