The Representative for Children and Youth supports children, youth and families who need help in dealing with the child-serving system.
The administrative assistant provides support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, fielding phone calls, drafting, formatting and typing documents, making travel arrangements, making and maintaining community connections and attending community events for logistical support and follow-up.
In recognition of the critical importance to this role of a lived understanding of Indigenous communities, history, values, and cultural competencies, this competition is restricted to Indigenous applicants.
