JOB SUMMARY:
To provide administrative support to the Child-First Initiative Program, the Administrative Support will provide administrative duties, will also input, upload and maintain daily electronic files, called e-sdrt’s, in accordance with Manitoba Home & Community Care Program guidelines/procedures. He/she will work closely with the Child-First Program Coordinator/s.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade Twelve General Preferred or equivalent, experience an asset
• Knowledge of Health Information, Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel, Data Entry
• Must be professional, pleasant, patient and polite
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
• Must be punctual, reliable, energetic and in good mental/physical health
• Must adhere to FRCN Policies/Procedures, including Illegal Drug By-law and Criminal Record Check
