Elegance and Purpose: The Moonlit Masquerade Ball

Press Release

The Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is proud to announce its upcoming annual Masquerade Ball, set for April 23rd at the iconic Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Located in the heart of downtown, this prestigious venue provides the perfect backdrop for an evening dedicated to celebration and community impact.

The evening is more than just a formal gathering; it is a premier networking opportunity for those invested in the growth of the Indigenous economy. Attendees will have the chance to engage with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community advocates, among others, who are actively shaping a sustainable future for Indigenous commerce. Behind the masks and evening wear are individuals committed to fostering economic reconciliation and professional excellence.

Central to this year’s event is our commitment to giving back. We are honoured to announce that the Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC) has been selected as this year’s featured charity. MASRC works tirelessly to facilitate sporting and recreational opportunities for Indigenous youth across the province, ensuring that barriers to participation are dismantled. To demonstrate our support, 100% of the proceeds raised throughout the evening will go directly to MASRC to fund their vital programming.

To set the mood, the evening will feature a high-energy performance by the Tone Riders. Renowned as one of Winnipeg’s most versatile local bands, they are experts at blending classic hits with a modern flair that keeps large audiences captivated.

The excitement continues with our highly anticipated raffle. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for a chance to win luxury prizes, including tickets to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and travel opportunity with two flights generously provided by Calm Air.

We invite you to join us for this night of celebration and connection. Together, we can celebrate the achievements of the Indigenous business community while investing in the health and wellness of our youth. To purchase tickets while they last, click the link here.
