Toronto, Canada, February 14, 2014 – Goldeye Explorations Limited (TSXV: GGY) wishes to announce completion of a partially brokered private placement of $65,000 resulting from the sale of 650,000 units at $0.10 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for 24 months at a price of $0.15 per share. Goldeye paid a total of $2,450 in commissions in connection with this financing. All of the securities will be subject to a four month hold period expiring on June 15, 2014. The proceeds of this financing will be used to pay the costs and expenses of the private placement, general administrative expenses and overhead.
