Lethbridge College salutes Indigenous community with Stone Pipe Days – Lethbridge News Now
LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge College is celebrating the Indigenous community.
Stone Pipe Days: A Circle of Celebration takes place this week. The three days of activities celebrate the history of the college’s Indigenous community.
Due to COVID-19, this year’s celebration has been switched to an online model, starting with a kick-off event Tuesday, Oct. 20. The kick-off will feature speakers and a special announcement from the RBC Foundation, from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
On Wednesday, Oct. 21, the college’s Indigenous Services department hosts two interactive sessions for prospective students, current learners and the broader college community.
