Mental Health Act consultation in Iqaluit

The Government of Nunavut is reviewing Nunavut’s Mental Health Act and we want your input.

Community members, families and mental health clients can participate in the upcoming Iqaluit community consultation and provide input on March 30, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., at the Francophone Centre.

Public consultations will ensure that amendments to the Mental Health Act incorporate Inuit societal values and reflect the unique conditions of addressing mental illness in Nunavut.

If you would like to contribute but cannot attend in person, questionnaires will be available.
