The event features a special screening of the documentary Walking Through the Fire and a Q&A with the filmmakers
An inspiring evening of storytelling, music, and cultural conversation is coming to Aurora Town Square on Tuesday, June 9, with a special screening of the documentary Walking Through the Fire. The event begins at 7 p.m. and includes a post-screening Q&A with the filmmakers and featured artists.
Directed by Juno-nominated musician and composer Chris McKhool, Walking Through the Fire brings together Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists from across Canada in a collaborative journey exploring reconciliation, resilience, and connection through music. Rooted in the idea that music can unite people across cultures and experiences, the film highlights the transformative power of creative collaboration.
