Eight members of Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation are being recognized after completing a Health Care Aide training program delivered in partnership with RRC Polytech.
The graduates have finished their training and are now prepared to enter the health care field, equipped with the skills and certification needed to support Elders, families, and community members. The program combined classroom instruction with hands-on learning and clinical placements.
Councillor Evan Roberts says the milestone represents more than just completing a course.
