On March 4 and 5, 2016, all Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chiefs, elected Chiefs and councillors from Burns Lake Band, Hagwilget Village Council, Moricetown Band, Nee Tahi, Buhn Indian Band, Skin Tyee Nation, Wet’suwet’en First Nation and the Office of Wet’suwet’en, are invited to participate in the Wet’suwet’en Gathering taking place in Smithers, BC.

With much activity happening within Wet’suwet’en territory and with the impact of these Aboriginal Rights & Title court decisions, it is timely that our Nations come together to discuss engagement and reconciliation between all of the Wet’suwet’en communities.
All Hereditary Chiefs & Elected Band Councils, Elders & Community Members, from these First Nations/Organizations are invited to participate.
