RHT Legal Fee Review to move forward.

Good News!
Divisional Court recently made a decision on the motions brought forward by the RHT LMC for leave to appeal Justice Steele’s order directing an assessment of the RHT legal fees. The Divisional Court rejected and dismissed this request in entirety. This means that the court did not side with the LMC and has instead decided that assessment of the legal fees will go ahead as scheduled at the end of September.
