TIN extends Simata Pitsiulak Aviation Scholarship deadline

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Nunavut (TIN) is extending the application deadline for the Simata Pitsiulak Aviation Scholarship. This scholarship offers up to $7,500 each to support Nunavut students pursuing careers in the aviation industry.
Eligible programs include training to become a pilot, aircraft maintainer, flight attendant, or studies in airline or airport operations. Full-time online programs and commercial flight-time building may also be eligible.
To apply, individuals must:
- Be a Nunavut Inuit or a full-time resident of Nunavut for at least two years.
- Be currently enrolled in an eligible aviation-related program.
- Plan to work in Nunavut after completing their studies.
