Missing Indigenous woman still not found despite ‘extensive investigative steps’: B.C. RCMP – CTV News

A weeks-long investigation into an Indigenous woman’s disappearance on Vancouver Island has failed to locate her, prompting a renewed appeal from police.

Rosemary Harry, 34, was last seen on Jan. 28 and reported missing on Feb. 4, the North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP said in a statement last month.

“Police are very concerned for Rosemarie Harry’s health and well-being and friends and family report that it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long,” the statement said.
