This letter provides the Attorney General of Canada’s monthly update for November 2025, as ordered in 2025 CHRT 80.

Discussions are continuing within the Government of Canada on the highly complex, polycentric decision-making required pursuant to 2025 CHRT 80. There is therefore nothing new to report to the Tribunal at this time.
