Rebecca JaimesonIndigenous knowledge, whether  gained or lost, impacts social policy and quality of life for all. Contribute to the discussion and a global movement:
REVITALIZATION, RECOVERY and RESTORATION of Indigenous ways of knowing and living in support of Indigenous Education.

The conference will conclude with a special luncheon: Celebrating Our Resiliency. In a special presentation, Six Nations Polytechnic will recognize the contributions of long-standing partners and Honour the Resiliency of Six Nations post-secondary graduates. Each registered conference participant will receive a complimentary ticket to this luncheon.

Justice EdwardHONOURABLE JUSTICE GETHIN B. EDWARD
Justice Edward was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario. He is a member of the Six Nations of the Grand River as a result of the changes to the Indian Act in 1985. The Honourable Justice Edward was appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice in 1996 after practicing law for 14 years with the firm Staats, Edward in Brantford. Gethin Edward has recently celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary.

DR. LUI K. HOKOANA 
VICE CHANCELLOR STUDENT AFFAIRS UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII WEST OAHU
Dr. Hokoana joined the University of Hawaii in 1991 as a counselor at Maui Community College, where he developed and implemented the Liko A‘e Native Hawaiian Scholarship Program. In 2006 he was named Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at Windward Community College. Under his leadership, the Achieving the Dream initiative resulted in unprecedented growth in enrollment and financial aid access for students, and he helped secure $12.3 million in U.S. Department of Education Title III funds for the college.

Dr. QuigleyDR. LORI V. QUIGLEY
PROFESSOR AND DEAN OF ESTEVES SCHOOL OF EDUCATION THE SAGE COLLEGES
Dr. Quigley is a member of the Seneca Nation, Wolf Clan. Lori’s research interests include second language acquisition, culturally relevant pedagogy, learning community theory and multigenerational trauma. In her work, Lori focuses a great deal of energy on the development and sustainability of programs that are socially just, culturally responsive, and aggressively seek to serve all students. Currently, Lori is the President of the Executive Board of the New York Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (NYACTE), the
Global Diversity Committee of the American Association for Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE), the Teacher Education Advisory Group (TEAG) to the NYSED Commissioner King.

Showcase Presentation
Herbie Barnes and Rick Hill team up once again to deliver two stunning theatrical performances showcasing Indigenous life in two worlds.These performances will make your conference experience exceptional as they are emotionally driven messages, delivered with a dynamic flare. This is the third collaboration for Barnes and Hill, two renowned inspirational Indigenous men.
