Chiefs of Ontario – All Ontario Chiefs Conference 2022 – Call for Artwork
The Chiefs of Ontario and Independent First Nations will be hosting the 48th Annual All Ontario Chiefs Conference (AOCC) on June 14-16, 2022, with the theme “Every Child Matters: A New Legacy.”
The Chiefs of Ontario and Independent First Nations are accepting submissions for original First Nations digital artwork, which incorporates the theme, to use as promotional material for the 48th Annual AOCC. The invitation is open to all emerging, mid-career and established artists (18+) of First Nations ancestry.
- Artists must be of First Nations ancestry
- Artists must be 18 years of age or older
- Artworks must be in excellent condition and available for shipping
- Artists must confirm 100% copyright or permissions regarding the work, or any imagery used in the work submitted
Digital Submission Guidelines
- The original, editable file (i.e. AI, PSD, or EPS files)
- A vector EPS file for digital (RGB)
- A vector EPS file for print (CMYK)
- A web preview file (PNG, JPEG, PDF)
- If the design is a full-bleed print design, bleed areas must be included
A short artist statement (100-150-word) about the work submitted, including overall theme and creative process, and any information regarding artists’ specialization, medium, current position, community, or other featured works or exhibitions, if applicable.
