East Coast Music Association announces Tom Power to host and performers for the 37th annual East Coast Music Awards Gala, presented by Rogers in St. John’s, NL, May 8, 2025

(St. John’s, NL) – The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) is thrilled to announce the 2025 ECMA nominees along with the host and list of performers for the 37th East Coast Music Awards Gala, presented by Rogers, as part of this year’s East Coast Music Awards: Festival & Conference, taking place in St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, from May 7–11, 2025.

The five-day celebration will shine a spotlight on the best in East Coast music, featuring electrifying performances, industry conferences, and international networking opportunities. Leading this year’s nominations is Classified and Jeremy Dutcher both with eight, followed by Kellie Loder, Jah’Mila, Maggie Andrew, and Vishtèn, earning five nominations each.. The marquee event of ECMA 2025 is the 37th East Coast Music Awards Gala, presented by Rogers. The Gala will take place on Thursday, May 8 at the Mary Brown’s Centre in St. John’s. Returning home to host the show is St. John’s native and award-winning host of CBC Radio’s ‘Q’, Tom Power. The show will feature performances by a diverse lineup of talented musicians from across Atlantic Canada, including Classified, Shanneyganock, Jah’Mila with KAYO, Vishtèn, Kellie Loder, Kilautup Songuniga: Strength of the Drum, Goldie Boutilier, Brett Matthews, DeeDee Austin, Mick Davis & Thin Love, Loviet, Measha Brueggergosman-Lee and The Ennis Sisters.

L’Association de la musique de la côte Est annonce que Tom Power sera l’animateur et dévoile les artistes qui se produiront lors du 37e gala des East Coast Music Awards, présenté par Rogers à St. John’s, T.-N.-L., le 8 mai 2025.

(St. John’s, T.-N.-L.) – L’Association de la musique de la côte Est (ECMA) est ravie d’annoncer les nominations des ECMA 2025, ainsi que l’animateur et la liste des artistes qui se produiront lors du 37e gala des Prix de la musique de la côte Est, présenté par Rogers, dans le cadre du Festival et Conférence des Prix de la musique de la côte Est. L’événement se tiendra à St. John’s, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, du 7 au 11 mai 2025.

Cette célébration de cinq jours mettra en lumière le meilleur de la musique de la côte Est, avec des performances électrisantes, des conférences pour les professionnels de l’industrie et des opportunités de réseautage international. En tête des nominations cette année, Classified et Jeremy Dutcher décroche huit nominations, suivi de Kellie Loder, Jah’Mila, Maggie Andrew et Vishtèn récoltent chacun cinq nominations. Préparez-vous à monter le son alors que nous célébrons le festival et la conférence des ECMA à St. John’s pour la première fois en 10 ans. »

L’Association des Prix de la musique de la côte Est (ECMA) est une collaboration régionale réunissant des professionnels de l’industrie musicale du Canada atlantique. Son objectif est de promouvoir, développer et célébrer la musique de la côte Est et ses artistes à l’échelle locale, régionale, nationale et internationale.

Chaque année, l’ECMA organise les Prix de la musique de la côte Est (ECMAs), l’un des événements musicaux les plus prestigieux au Canada. Ce rendez-vous incontournable comprend un gala de remise de prix, un festival, une conférence de l’industrie et le programme Accelerateur.
