Edmonton Hosts International Indigenous Tourism Conference – CFWE

The International Indigenous Tourism Conference is underway inside the Edmonton Convention Centre, running from February 18-19, the two-day event brings together Indigenous tourism leaders from across Canada and beyond to strengthen partnerships, grow opportunities and celebrate culture.

Tamara Littlelight, Marketing Director with Indigenous Tourism tells CFWE that delegates from 14 different countries are gathered under one roof, with a strong turnout of non-Indigenous attendees connecting directly with Indigenous communities.
