Title: IT Technician

Reports to: General Manager

Function: To manage Wolostoq Casino technology requirements and provide security measures to safeguard business and client data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess information system and identifying gaps that need to be addressed
• Communicating these gaps to the management
• Ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently
• Ensuring security and privacy measures are in place
• Monitoring security certificates and ensure the organization’s compliance with requirements
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to the company staff whenever needed.
• Installing necessary updates to company software and hardware
• Staying within budget and allocating cost for necessary updates and upgrades
• Setting up and managing servers
• Minor Slot machine troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to learn WIN, TOAST, SAGE, and EPIC point of sale and management systems to provide technical support
• Solid reporting skills
• Criminal Check
• Possible Drug Test
