Kivalliq Inuit: Condolences to the family of David Tuktukjuk

May 9, 2017 — Kivalliq Inuit Association President, David Ningeongan offers his deepest condolences to the family of David Tuktukjuk.

“Along with the KIA Board we were saddened to hear of his passing over the weekend.”

Mr. Tuktukjuk served the KIA Board for many years as the representative for Naujaat.

“Mr. Tuktukjuk’s dedication to Naujaarmiut and Inuit of the Kivalliq region is to be commended. His knowledge of Inuit culture and values were a great asset to KIA and his community. His welcoming and friendly spirit will be missed”.

“On behalf of the entire KIA organization, our condolences to the family of Mr. Tuktukjuk and the community of Naujaat”.
