Land referendum consultations

Nunavummiut will vote in a territory-wide land referendum on May 9, 2016, in accordance with the Nunavut Lands Claim Agreement.
Your vote is important! Consultations will take place so that you can learn more and ask questions about this referendum.
Upcoming consultations will take place from 7-10 p.m., in the following communities:
- Kugaaruk on February 24, at the community hall
- Arviat on March 2, at the community hall
- Iqaluit on March 3, at the Frobisher Inn
- Pond Inlet on March 7, at the community hall
- Clyde River on March 8, at the community hall
- Rankin Inlet on March 9, at the community hall
- Qikiqtarjuaq on March 9, at the community hall
- Pangnirtung on March 10, at the community hall
Additional consultations will be held in other communities; dates for those will follow.
