Male Wanted – Rueben Jaymes SINCLAIR, 29-years old

Public Advisory:
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted, 29-year-old, Rueben SINCLAIR.
Multiple warrants are currently active for the arrest of SINCLAIR regarding property related crimes city wide.
SINCLAIR is described as an aboriginal male, 6’1″ tall, 190 pounds, average build, and black hair.
SINCLAIR is not to be approached, if located, call police immediately.
Anyone with information regarding SINCLAIR’S whereabouts is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-2848 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
