April 2025 Construction Update

WAAP Housing Society continues to make strong progress across all projects. Both the 70-unit and 20- unit developments remain on track for completion by the end of 2025. To prepare for occupancy, we plan to begin recruiting a building manager and coordinator in Summer 2025.

Details regarding tenancy applications will be announced in late Summer or Fall 2025. Our 38-unit project is also moving forward steadily. We aim to submit the building permit application by Summer 2025, with construction targeted to begin in late 2025—pending BC Housing approvals—and completion anticipated in early 2027.
