To celebrate, preserve, and revitalize Indigenous knowledge surrounding traditional foods and medicines. It serves as a space for intergenerational learning, cultural exchange, and community healing, ensuring the continuation of vital practices that sustain Indigenous identity, health, and sovereignty.
