Girones Bourdon Kelly Lawyers will be hosting an information session in Chapleau, Moosonee, and Moose Factory regarding the Indian Boarding Homes Class Action. During this information session, we will answer questions on the Class Action as well as offer our assistance with completing these applications.

You are eligible for compensation if you were placed in a private home for the purpose of going to school between September 1, 1951 and June 30, 1992. You may be eligible for additional compensation if you suffered harassment, loss of language, abuse or other harm while in a boarding home.
